We Ran For Jim

On Sunday November 4th, 2007 Team Ambo came together after six months of training to run in the Dallas Half Marathon at White Rock lake in memory of our hero Jim Minich who lost his battle to Leukemia on April 26th, 2007.
Team Ambo included six of Jim's family members. His wife Cindy, brother and sister in law Chris and Elayne, nephew Kevin and sister and brother in law Carla and Chris Nute. All six crossed the finished line and completed the 13.1 miles!
A huge thank you to everyone that helped out on race day, to our photographer Matt and to Tim for running Matt all over to get the pictures. Bob, Lori and Richard for coming down from Tulsa to cheer us on and help with the kids and to Nikki for babysitting so the parents could run.
Also, thanks to all of you that supported this event through donations to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society and the support in honoring our hero~ Jim Minich.
It was a great day, enjoy the pictures~
