The last days of Summer!

Well, really it is still in the 100's here so summer is only over due to a school calendar.
We spent a great day at the lake Sunday with my cousins Michelle, Jeff and Little Matthew. It was Matthew's first time ever to go out on a boat and to ride the tube!
This is just adorable watching him look out at the water behind the boat while mom and dad hold on carefully to him :)

Matthew wasted no time at all getting behind the boat and on the tube with Chris- he loved it!

My beautiful daughter-in-law enjoying the lake :)
Stopping for dinner break and then back to the water :) Notice we had the place to ourselves by this point thanks to 'back to school days"!
Michelle & Jeff decided to take the Kayaks out and they let us take little Matt for a tube ride :)
Matt & Matthew tubing! Little Matt kept holding his thumb up for the signal "go faster"!!
Then they fell off and we all cheered for little Matt! He was then very proud of himself for falling off :)
And then... he drove the boat, with Kevin's help of course.

Elayne and Little Matt discussing how he was enjoying the boat- so cute.
Kayaking with Daddy!
Ahhhh- the end to a very fun day. What I don't have a picture of, and wish I did, was Kevin whipping Big Matt into shore on the tube as we all watched Matt literally roll across the water into shore. I'm sure glad I am used to boys!
